PASSION is a not-for-profit, free, home-based palliative care service which offers a full range of support programs improving the quality of life of individuals, careers and families of those suffering life-limiting or terminal illnesses in the last year of life.

This indicates a significant level of activity and demand for palliative care within our community. It is a testament to the crucial role palliative care services play in the healthcare ecosystem. This volume of service delivery provides a wealth of information that can be used to refine and improve palliative care services, advocate for necessary resources, and ultimately enhance the quality of life for patients and their families facing serious illness.
